ZetaMarker is a cross-device highlighter and annotation tool for web pages and PDFs. Highlight important content, add notes, organize your research, and access everything from your browser extension and web dashboard.

Local vs cloud
You can use ZetaMarker for local highlighting only without an account. Cloud sync, the dashboard library, exports, and cloud PDF storage require a 7-day Pro trial (no credit card for the trial) or a paid subscription.
